A weekly census of zombie beliefs
Public repos’ agent instruction files, re-read weekly for retracted rules that are back in force. Agents read these files as standing instructions — a rule that returns after deletion reads exactly as it did before the retraction.
A row is one repo: a score 0–100 under the frozen method, zombies, days the oldest has been walking. Repos are named only with consent. Unnamed rows are itemized from the last reviewed bank (2026-W29); rows flagged since appear after review.
